Tiponu provides professional translation and interpretation services across multiple languages and industries. Our services include but are not limited to document translation, website localization, interpretation services, proofreading, and editing. Each project will be assessed individually, and specific terms may apply based on the nature and complexity of the work.
We are committed to delivering high-quality translations that accurately convey the meaning and intent of the source material. All translations are performed by qualified professional translators with expertise in the relevant subject matter and language pairs. We maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Clients are required to provide clear, legible source materials in a timely manner. Any reference materials, glossaries, style guides, or specific instructions must be communicated at the project outset. The Client warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the materials submitted for translation and that such materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
All quotations are provided in writing and remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on factors including word count, language pair, subject matter complexity, turnaround time, and formatting requirements. Additional charges may apply for rush services, specialized terminology, or extensive formatting. Final invoices may be adjusted if the project scope changes significantly from the original quotation.
Payment terms are typically net thirty (30) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large projects, we may require a deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) before commencing work. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon.
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding thirty (30) days.
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. Delivery dates are estimates based on the information provided at project commencement. Delays caused by late provision of materials, unclear instructions, or changes in project scope may necessitate deadline adjustments. The Company will notify the Client promptly of any anticipated delays and work to minimize their impact.
We offer one round of minor revisions at no additional charge if requested within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the revisions address errors in translation rather than changes to the source material or client preferences. Substantial revisions or changes to the original brief may be subject to additional fees.
Tiponu treats all client materials and information with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose, share, or use client materials for any purpose other than providing the requested services. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for projects requiring additional confidentiality measures.
Upon full payment, all rights to the translated content transfer to the Client. However, the Company retains the right to use anonymized excerpts for portfolio purposes, quality assurance, and training unless specifically prohibited by confidentiality agreements.
While we maintain high professional standards, the Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and ensuring they meet their specific requirements before final use.
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellations made after work has commenced will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation point, with a minimum charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total project fee.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Tiponu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
